Wash Park Denver Wedding

Stacey and Malte’s wedding was such a great day. It took place around the time of the great flooding here in Colorado, but luckily we had some dry moments during the day and were still able to use their venue of Wash Park. I loved watching how much fun Stacey and Malte have together – Stacey pretty much looks like she’s levitating in half the photos, she’s so happy! And can you believe that her mom MADE her dress? The little blue heart patch is from one of her dad’s old shirts! I loved their first look downtown, and then we went over to Sancho’s Broken Arrow (crazy hippy dive bar) for a few more pictures, since that was one of their stops on their first date. The weather held (barely) during the ceremony, so they were still able to have it outdoors – the branches floating down on guests just added to the charm! ┬áThe dance floor was packed all night, thanks to an amazing DJ. Thank you Stacey and Malte for letting me document your day, and enjoy your move to Hawaii! I’ll be scheduling my visit soon!:)
